It was rare.
I was there.
I remember it.

Our 6 shows in Toronto were so incredible.
It was awesome to play in Canada after so much time.
As always, the fans in Toronto treated us like it was a hometown show.
CouldnâÂÂt have asked for more love or generosity from the people who came out.
I got to play a mashup of the *Grammy nominated* song âÂÂusâ with @gracieabrams, mashed up with âÂÂOut of the Woodsâ and I just adore her.
SheâÂÂs been giving the most amazing performances every night on this tour!!
The emotions have gotten pretty heightened for me and the rest of the team because itâÂÂs gotten extremely real for us: Our next city will be the last one of The Eras Tour, and the closing of the most extraordinary chapter of my life so far.
See you , Vancouver.
We canâÂÂt wait to give you all weâÂÂve got for three more shows.

The Eras Tour is BACK and the 3 Miami crowds we just got to play for were on a new level.
With only 5 cities left to play before itâÂÂs over, I knew I was going to be savoring every moment up on that stage but the bewildering passion of those crowds really blew my mind.
It rained (a lot) the 1st and 3rd nights, and so that kicked up the cinematic drama.
I had really missed this on our break.
The mass quantities of joyful people genuinely living in the moment and seeming truly carefree for 3.5 hours.
My mystifyingly talented friend @florence came to Miami and each night we performed âÂÂFlorida!!!â in Florida!!!
I got some new outfits, and itâÂÂs always nice when the crowd notices that You guys are just the best.
Thank you to everyone who came and everyone who followed along online.
4 more cities left and the next one up is: New Orleans!: @johnshearer / @gettyimages / TAS Rights Management

Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight.
If you havenâÂÂt already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you the most.
As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country.Recently I was made aware that AI of âÂÂmeâ falsely endorsing Donald TrumpâÂÂs presidential run was posted to his site.
It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation.
It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter.
The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth.I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.
IâÂÂm voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.
I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.
I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a womanâÂÂs right to her own body for decades.IâÂÂve done my research, and IâÂÂve made my choice.
Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make.
I also want to say, especially to first time voters: Remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered!
I also find itâÂÂs much easier to vote early.
IâÂÂll link where to register and find early voting dates and info in my story. With love and hope, Taylor SwiftChildless Cat Lady: @inezandvinoodh
In summation We have officially wrapped the European leg of The Eras Tour.
With it came the most passionate crowds IâÂÂve ever played for, new traditions in the show, and an entirely new era added in.
It was a more hectic pace than weâÂÂd done before, and IâÂÂm so proud of my crew/fellow performers for being able to physically perform that show and build our massive stage, take it apart, and make magic with so few days in between for recovery and travel.
TheyâÂÂre the most impressive people I know and IâÂÂm so lucky they gave The Eras Tour their time, their energy, and their expertise.Walking onstage in London was a rollercoaster of emotions.
Having our Vienna shows cancelled was devastating.
The reason for the cancellations filled me with a new sense of fear, and a tremendous amount of guilt because so many people had planned on coming to those shows.
But I was also so grateful to the authorities because thanks to them, we were grieving concerts and not lives.
I was heartened by the love and unity I saw in the fans who banded together.
I decided that all of my energy had to go toward helping to protect the nearly half a million people I had coming to see the shows in London.
My team and I worked hand in hand with stadium staff and British authorities every day in pursuit of that goal, and I want to thank them for everything they did for us.
Let me be very clear: I am not going to speak about something publicly if I think doing so might provoke those who would want to harm the fans who come to my shows.
In cases like this one, âÂÂsilenceâ is actually showing restraint, and waiting to express yourself at a time when itâÂÂs right to.
My priority was finishing our European tour safely, and it is with great relief that I can say we did that. And then London felt like a beautiful dream sequence.
All five crowds at Wembley Stadium were bursting with passion, joy, and exuberance.
The energy in that stadium was like the most giant bear hug from 92,000 people each night, and it brought me back to a place of carefree calm up there.
ItâÂÂs a 2am surprise: The Tortured Poets Department is a secret DOUBLE album.
︠IâÂÂd written so much tortured poetry in the past 2 years and wanted to share it all with you, so hereâÂÂs the second installment of TTPD: The Anthology.
15 extra songs.
And now the story isnâÂÂt mine anymore⦠itâÂÂs all yours.

The Tortured Poets Department.
An anthology of new works that reflect events, opinions and sentiments from a fleeting and fatalistic moment in time — one that was both sensational and sorrowful in equal measure.
This period of the authorâÂÂs life is now over, the chapter closed and boarded up.
There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once wounds have healed.
And upon further reflection, a good number of them turned out to be self-inflicted.
This writer is of the firm belief that our tears become holy in the form of ink on a page.
Once we have spoken our saddest story, we can be free of it.And then all thatâÂÂs left behind is the tortured poetry.THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT is out now.
